Net Worth Report for January 2017

Net Worth Report for January 2017
Net Worth Report for January 2017: $935,288

New year comes with new goal: We plan to hit seven-figure net worth in 2017 if everything goes as plan. After we paid off all debts last year, the saving rate for investments also increased tremendously. I hope we will keep up that high saving rate this year.

For this month, I also max out Roth IRA for me and my wife in the first few days of the year. Our cash reserve is a bit high due to the fact that we are planning to put toward a lump sum payment  in February for our daughter’s college fund, 4-Year University Plan. We still have to pay another 4-year college tuition next year before we are done with fully funding college tuition for the two kids (age 7 and 1).
