We just cleared some big ticket items as we have paid about $6,000 total in property tax for our two properties: $3,996 for the primary house and $1,976 for the second one.
We also saved $249 by paying the property tax early in November instead of waiting until February of next year.
Now I’m building up cash in preparation to pay off my student loan before the end of the year.
