This is the seventh straight month that our net worth has been increased by $10,000 or more. In addition, we reach another milestone by crossing $400k in net worth.
I also took out a $38k HELOC at a low rate of 1.98%, and I immediately used it to pay down the mortgage with a higher rate of 2.5%. It’s not a big profit but it’s free money at zero cost while we don’t have to expend any energy at all.
