Net Worth Report for April 2016

Net Worth Report for April 2016
Net Worth Report for April 2016: $785,015

This month I fully contributed $11,000 to my Roth IRA and my wife’s Roth IRA for 2016.  Stock market also performed well this month. Hence, there’s a big jump in retirement asset.

After a house on the same block that’s smaller size with one less bedroom than ours was recently sold for $269,000, we conservatively adjust our primary house’s worth according to the market value and Zillow’s estimate.

For the next two years I’m saving up money to fund our children’s college education. I plan to fully cover tuition and fees for our two kids in 4-Year University Plan.
