Net Worth Report for December 2014

Net Worth Report for December 2014
Net Worth Report for December 2014: $529,246

There are some big changes for this month. First, We liquidated our cash holding to buy my parents’ home. So my parents no longer have to pay monthly mortgage anymore and I will be the owner of that house. They will live there for how ever long they want with no string attached.

Secondly, I also gave my wife’s parents $5000 as part of the renovation fund for their house.

Overall, this year has been the best year in our life. The year-to-year increase from December 2013 to December 2014 is over $180k. However, we still need another 11.5 years before we reach Financial Independent crosspoint.

Future years will be very hard to match this year, and 2014 might be our best year ever. Our wish for New Year is to have 2015 to be nearly as good as this year.
