The big net worth jump is due to the adjusted values of our two houses. We reevaluate their market values based on Zillow, and then subtract 10% to account for fees and expenses to sell them. Also we have enough cash now to get rid of the promotional loan next month.
New funds deposit into the retirement accounts help to offset -3.1% year-to-date rate of return on 401(k).
